Der globale Aktienmarktindex stieg im Mai in EUR um +2,3%. Die Konsensus-Prognose für das Umsatzwachstum globaler Unternehmen im Jahr 2023 beträgt aktuell +1,7% (j/j). Die Gewinne sollten heuer um +3,7% (j/j) steigen. Umsätze und Gewinne werden erst im kommenden Jahr wieder stärker ansteigen. Für 2024 wird ein Umsatzwachstum von +4,0% (j/j) und ein Gewinnwachstum von +9,2% (j/j) prognostiziert. Die erwartete globale Dividendenrendite 2023e beträgt 2,2%. Wir erwarten, dass der globale Aktienmarktindex im Juni moderat ansteigen wird.

In China hat sich die Situation des verarbeitenden Gewerbes im Mai zum ersten Mal seit drei Monaten verbessert. Der neueste PMI-Indikator ist im Mai auf das Niveau von 50,9 Punkten angestiegen, lag aber leicht unter den Markterwartungen. In Indien erreichte der PMI für das produzierende Gewerbe im Mai mit 58,7 Punkten ein 31-Monats-Hoch. Generell wird für die Unternehmen der Emerging Markets heuer ein Gewinnwachstum von +3,9% (j/j) prognostiziert. Das Gewinnwachstum sollte sich gemäß Konsensus-Forecast im nächsten Jahr auf +11,1% (j/j) beschleunigen.
